Silverstone Tour
During an attention grabbing two hours you’ll see unique behind the scenes views of the Home of British Motor Racing, with plenty of memory making photo opportunities too. Stand in the footsteps of the Formula 1 greats on our famous podium, see exclusive roof top views from the landmark BRDC Clubhouse and get a closer look at legendary sites around the track. A must have for every true motor sport fan.
What does the activity include?
You’ll arrive at Silverstone and be given a welcome reception and introduction to Silverstone’s Circuit. You’ll then be given full length guided tours of the Drive Workshop, Race Control and the BRDC Clubhouse. Depending on what’s happening on the day of your visit will determine what order you do these tours in. You’ll then be given an opportunity to have your photo taken on the winner’s podium and then it’s off for a guided tour of the Grand Prix Circuit. If you want a lasting memory of the day you’ll have the opportunity to buy some Silverstone merchandise before leaving the circuit.
Race Control - Race Control is the building that overlooks the start and finish line at Silverstone and is usually closed to the public. On race meetings, including the Grad Prix, it houses the officials who run the race meeting; the Clerk of the course, Timekeepers and Safety Officers.
Drive Workshop - Silverstone Drive is the driving activities centre, in the workshop visitors will see various cars such as Porsches, Ferraris and Rally Cars along with a stunning fleet of single seater race cars being prepared for track use.
BRDC Clubhouse - The British Racing Drivers Clubhouse is a spectacular building overlooking the Luffield Complex of corners and is the place where the BRDC members can meet. The clubhouse is on 3 floors and contains priceless memorabilia in the form of trophies, plaques and original motor sport paintings.

What should I wear/take?
Please wear comfortable, casual clothing suitable for the time of year and weather conditions, with sensible shoes for walking.
How long should I allow for this experience?
Please allow approximately 2 hours for the whole experience.
When does the activity take place?
The experience is available on selected weekend dates throughout the year, with occasional weekday availability on a limited bases available between March and October.
It is recommended that you book a date at least eight to ten weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. This is only a guideline and we advise that you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. All bookings are subject to availability.
Are there any restrictions?
Although there is no age restriction, the experience is not recommended for very young children. If you have any concerns then please check at the time of booking.
Kindly note that under 16’s must be accompanied by a full paying adult.
You should be in reasonable health.
What about the weather?
The experience is not weather dependent.
Can I bring spectators?
Sorry, all guests must hold a valid voucher for the experience.
What else do I need to know?
The contents, equipment used, restrictions and order of the tour may vary and is subject to change depending on availability.
Lunch is not included however there is a coffee shop onsite where you can purchase light refreshments.
You must take your experience voucher with you on the day.
Unfortunately, this experience is not suitable for those with disabilities.

Vouchers are valid for 9 months from the date of issue. Your experience must be booked and taken before the voucher expiry date.
