To request a price match refund, just email info@eXhilaration.co.uk stating the name of the web site, contact details and the price of the experience. We will review the information and providing the packages are identical, we will refund you the difference.

Terms & Conditions:

- Upon confirmation of the price match the refund will be made back on to the card used for purchase within 14 days.

- eXhilaration price pledge only applies to internet retailers that have the identical product currently in stock.

- Requests must be submitted within 3 days of the purchase date.

- The price pledge does not apply to promotional offers.

- The eXhilaration.co.uk price pledge is subject to change at any time and is only available to purchases made in the UK
