Exhilaration Gift Pack
As soon as you place your order this gift pack will wing its way to you (or the recipient) containing the experience voucher (valid for 9 months from date of purchase), message card, booking instructions and information booklet.
Delivery
All experience gift packs are dispatched under plain cover, at a charge of £1.95, usually on the day you order if we receive your order before 2pm within the UK. Please remember to allow extra time for deliveries around special occasions such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s and Father’s Day.
If you require your pack to be sent to Europe or Worldwide please call 0844 474 0400 for a quote.
Royal Mail Special Delivery is available within the UK for next working day delivery at the following costs but remember someone should be in to sign for it on the day. These orders must also be received before 2pm.

Experience gift packs can be sent to you or direct to your recipient. Please note we cannot dispatch your experience gift pack until payment has been received and verified.
Free Insurance
PA insurance is included with most experiences (see each experience description), this covers the recipient for £50,000 of Personal Accident insurance whilst doing the experience and Cancellation Indemnity (subject to terms).
