On your first day arrival is at 3pm and after a short introduction by our camp manager and trainers you will be individually weighed and measured (this does not happen in front of everyone). Once this is done you will have a short one to one chat with the trainers to explain what you hope to get out of your week and what your goals are. Afterwards you will receive a short fitness test and when this is over, you will enjoy a delicious calorie controlled dinner and get to know your fellow boot campers, before going to bed early ready to be woken the next day to start your boot camp experience.
A typical day would include:
05.30am - Rise and shine
05.50am - Fall in on Parade
06.00am - Circuit training – using weights, skipping ropes, and doing short sprints
07.00am - Breakfast
08.00am - Iron soldier (this is tough) sprinting with ammunition boxes up and down a hill
09.00am - Legs, bums & tums – using a Swiss ball
10.00am - Snack break (all provided and included)
10.15am - Running or for those less able power walking
11.15am - Boxing
12.15pm - Lunch (all provided and included)
13.15pm - ‘Fall In’ on parade, set off on a two hour long walk, with a bit of running and power walking thrown in
15.15pm - Back at camp and have a little snack break (all provided and included)
15.30pm - Netball
16.30pm - Assault course
17.30pm - The barrel, for those brave enough – soak in a barrel of freezing cold water – apparently it’s good for the muscles
18.15pm - Dinner
19.15pm - Dancing class (for those that have enough energy to keep going)
20.00pm - Bliss …its bed time – sleep well
The price includes your shared accommodation, food and beverages, nutritional advice, life coaching, and all your training. It will also include meditation sessions, a mid-week massage, plus all off site activities. Most ladies book alone and are paired up with a room mate on arrival. Usually real friendships will be formed.
You may find yourself involved in activities that you haven’t done since your school days, but there will always be lots of laughter. Rest assured you will not be made to do anything that you are truly uncomfortable with. You will leave feeling fit and healthy and ready to change your lifestyle forever.
On the last night of boot camp there is a presentation of certificates. This is a chance to share your experiences with your fellow boot campers. Be prepared for a few tears as completing the course is a huge personal achievement for each lady and it can get very emotional.
On your final morning after getting up at 5.30am and completing your last sessions of exercise for the week you will have your final weigh in and measuring. After breakfast its time to say your goodbyes and get ready to check out at approximately 10.00am.
All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a gift pack to you or directly to the recipient. A voucher and booking information will be included in the pack so you just need to check the info and book your experience.
