  • Whilst the Tower welcomes all visitors, this historic building has places with difficult stairs and passageways and wheelchair access is limited. There are also a large number of steps throughout the Tower with cobbles laid in some of the roads. However, the Jewel House and the Crown Jewels are fully accessible to all visitors
  • Boats are wheelchair accessible
  • You will need to allow at least 2-3 hours for your visit to the Tower of London. Your voucher entitles you to one day’s unlimited travel on the operator’s Hop-On-Hop-Off cruises - sectors vary from 30 minutes to 2 ½ hours
  • Cruises to the Tower of London operate every day except Christmas Day
  • Services to and from Greenwich run every 35 minutes starting from 10am
