Show your ticket at the box office to gain entrance to The London Bridge Experience and see, hear, feel, taste and even smell what London Bridge was like over the ages. It’s a fun adventure through time. Experience the London of old with Romans, Vikings and the odd pick-pocket or two. We’ll take you through the fire of London, how London Bridge was used to punish criminals and so much more. There are re-creations of the past wooden, stone and medieval bridges, all of which include live characters in full regalia of the time. Join in the fun, have a laugh and learn some of London’s gruesome history at the same time. Then descend into the gothic tunnels under the bridge in the award winning London Tombs. It’s a thrilling experience using the latest in Hollywood style wizardry and the marvellous real life characters guiding you through the ages of the bridge. Get ready to be entertained and amazed at what you will see. Formerly a plague pit, the London Tombs will excite you, scare you, make your pulse race and your throat sore from screaming. Make your way past walls that are dripping in blood, squeeze through confined spaces and gasp in terror as you are met with spiders, snakes, ghosts and ghouls. The staff will be on hand at all times for those of you who just find it a little too much and have to leave. For the rest of you – get ready for the biggest fright of your life as you journey ever deeper into the London Tombs.

  • Minimum age: Guests under 11 need to be accompanied by a paying adult
  • The experience is available:
    Monday to Friday - opening time 10am (last tour at 5.00pm)
    Saturday to Sunday - opening time 10am (last entry 6.00pm)
    December 24th to 1st January - opening time 11am (last entry 4.00pm)
    Christmas Day - Closed
    Boxing Day - Tombs only open
    The experience is not suitable for spectators. All participants must have a valid voucher
  • Please allow 1½ hours for your visit
  • Your voucher is valid for nine months from the date of issue, kindly note that you must have booked and taken your experience before your expiry date as vouchers may not be extended beyond their expiration date.
  • The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary. Please check with the venue when booking
