Hillmotts Retreat is situated in 2000 acres of Buckinghamshire countryside and offers a personalised fitness experience just for you.
Take part in a taster session and learn about the fundamental rules of fitness and diet to achieve your goals. Each package is different but will include a fitness session with a personal trainer, a one-one consultation and a month long plan detailing all your exercise and diet plans for the future.
These plans will have been tailored specifically for you so you can continue to work towards your goals and no doubt look fabulous in no time!

 

 

 

  • Session 1: Yoga/Zumba/Circuits/Kettlebells/TRX (depending on group preference)- With this action packed hour session you'll be able to let off some steam and have fun whilst burning hundreds of calories! There is no better way to getting fit quickly.
  • Session 2: Nutritional/Fitness Talk - 1 hour Nutritional fitness talk on your diet and how it affects your mood and energy levels. You'll come out with a better understanding of how some small changes to your diet will make a big difference to your life
  • Session 3: Debrief and Month Long Exercise/Nutritional Plan Given
  • Experience gift pack including personalised voucher and message car
  • PA cover to a value of £50,000 plus cancellation indemnity

Upon arrival at Hillmotts Retreat you will be welcomed by the friendly staff and given a brief outline of your experience. You will also receive a welcome pack.

  • Minimum age: 16
  • Any ability of fitness is allowed
  • Experience times:- approximately two hours with various start times from 8.00am to 6.00pm throughout the day
  • The experience is available as least once per month throughout the year, subject to availability
  • The weather will not affect this experience
  • Only those with a valid voucher are able to attend

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a gift pack to you or directly to the recipient. A voucher and booking information will be included in the pack so you just need to check the info and book your experience.
