At Drusillas Park in East Sussex they have a variety of snakes in their Reptile Enclosure. Now you get to meet and greet a number of different snakes from Corn and Pine Snakes to Royal Pythons. Under the watchful eye of an experienced keeper you will get to handle these beautiful snakes.

You will be met by an animal keeper at the park who will give you a behind the scenes tour before escorting you to the Reptile enclosure, where you will receive a health and safety briefing. Once you have been fully briefed, the keeper will discuss the how the snakes are kept and also how to handle them before passing a snake to you for a snuggle. There will be plenty of time to get up close and personal for some photographs. Participants are welcome to arrive early and stay until the park closes to enjoy other attractions and animals. Also included is 20% discount for the participant in the Explorers Café Restaurant.

  • Minimum age: 6 (under 16s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and will receive free entry to the Park but not access to the animal enclosure)
  • This experience is run daily except Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day
  • Your experience will last approximately 30-40 minutes, however you are welcome to spend all day at the park
  • Please wear casual comfortable clothing suitable for the time of year, we also recommend you wear suitable footwear such as walking boots or Wellingtons
  • Although spectators will not be able to accompany the voucher holder during their experience, family & friends may pay normal admission prices to enter the park and enjoy the other attractions and animals

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a gift pack to you or directly to the recipient. A voucher and booking information will be included in the pack so you just need to check the info and book your experience.
