You will become a member of the Animal Park team for the day. You will experience all aspects of big cat care, daily events and more. This is very much a hands on experience and will give you an insight in to the amazing amount of work that goes on behind the scenes at one of Britain’s top Wildlife Parks.

Your day starts at the Discovery Centre where you will enjoy a welcome drink. You will then be met by one of our trained Big Cat keepers and your adventure will commence. A full health and safety briefing will be carried out and you will find out what is expected of you, the procedures used and how we work with the Big Cats at Paradise Wildlife Park.
You will become part of an elite team who have one of the most amazing and unique jobs in the world. You will participate in caring for our fantastic lions, tigers, cheetahs, snow leopards, white lions, jaguars and white tiger and get to assist our big cat keepers with their daily routine – cleaning out, daily maintenance of enclosures and preparing food (definitely not for the squeamish). The highlights of the day will be entering the cheetah enclosure for a close encounter and feeding the lions or tigers by hand (from outside of the enclosure).
A lunch in Safari Sam’s is also included plus a souvenir t-shirt and certificate. Following your experience you are more than welcome to spend the remainder of the afternoon at the Park.

  • Minimum age: 18
  • Women in the early stages of pregnancy should consult their doctor or midwife before booking
  • This experience can be booked on selected Weekends only throughout the year. All bookings are subject to availability
  • Your experience will last approximately five hours but you are welcome to stay to enjoy other attractions and animals in the Park
  • Although spectators will not be able to accompany the voucher holders during their experience, family & friends may pay normal admission prices to enter the park and enjoy the other attractions and animals
  • The weather will not affect the experience
  • The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary. Please check with the venue when booking

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a gift pack to you or directly to the recipient. A voucher and booking information will be included in the pack so you just need to check the info and book your experience.
