When you arrive the facilities and services available to you will be explained, together with the treatments included in your day.  The format of the day will vary at each location but typically you can spend about 6-8 hours there. 
Please note that the 30-min treatment time usually includes the time customers take to get changed.

  • Minimum age: 18
  • Suitable for women or men
  • Participants should be of reasonable health and fitness to enjoy all the facilities on offer (you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire before you take your experience, and you may not be able to take certain treatments or use some of the facilities if you have certain medical conditions, or you may be required to obtain a medical certificate).
  • Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy
  • Facilities for disabled persons may vary from centre to centre
  • The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary according to venue. 

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a gift pack to you or directly to the recipient. A voucher and booking information will be included in the pack so you just need to check the info and book your experience.
