On arrival at the venue you will be met by your friendly instructor who will talk you through a safety briefing and induction. Then it's time to prepare your muscles for the pole work with a fun warm up. Once fully warmed up you will get straight to the pole where you will learn a combination of spins, twirls and twists. At the end of the class you will have the chance to put all the moves you have learnt together to create your own strong and sexy routine. Your experience will end with a cool down where you can stretch out your muscles after an exhausting session. You will leave with a lasting smile and possibly wanting to take your experience further.

  • Minimum age: 16
  • Participant must be willing and capable to take part in moderate exercise. It is not suitable for participants with heart problems, back problems and in the later stages of pregnancy. Please consult a doctor beforehand if uncertain
  • Please allow 1½ hours, with 1¼ hours participation time
  • The experience is run on selected weekdays and Sundays throughout the year, subject to availability
  • Due to health and safety restrictions spectators are not permitted in the classes
  • Maximum group size is 21
  • Please note: There will not be a pole per person and you will be required to share
  • This experience is for women only
  • The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary. Please check with the venue when booking
