Sit back and relax in the privacy of the personal shopping suite with a tea or coffee whilst the store is brought to you.

When you arrive at the store make your way to the personal shopping suite*. The consultation will begin with a tea or coffee and a discussion about what kind of outfits and styles you are looking for. The Personal Shopping Consultant will then collect items from the shop floor and bring them back to the suite for you to try on. They will also have made the appointment with a cosmetics house for the mini makeover and this will happen at some point during the consultation – usually at the end but sometimes due to slot times it may be at the start or during the consultation.

  • Please note: We will deliver your gift pack to purchasers billing address only - if you specify a different delivery address it will automatically be delivered to your billing address
  • First Class postage is not available for this experience. We can only send via Special Delivery
  • Generally appointments are available at 10.30am or 2pm although this may differ from store to store
  • Unfortunately spectators are not allowed - this is to ensure that the Personal Shopper’s full attention is on the customer
  • House of Fraser personal shopping experiences may be subject to limited clothing size availability. Please check with your required store to see if they stock your size

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a gift pack to you or directly to the recipient. A voucher and booking information will be included in the pack so you just need to check the info and book your experience.
