• Your expiry date is printed on your voucher, please check the date as it is essential that you book and take your experience before this date
• After your booking has been made you will receive a Eurostar confirmation for both journeys detailing dates and times, your hotel confirmation, and your Seine Sightseeing tour confirmation voucher
• Kindly note that each centre has their own cancellation policy and fees. Some centres may not allow a booking to be cancelled or changed once it has been made. Please call us for further details
• Upon arrival at Gare D’Nord you may make your way to your hotel to check in (Or leave your baggage at the hotel if you arrive prior to hotel check-in time)
• Full details of your hotel location are provided on your confirmation. Transport between Gare D’Nord and your hotel is not included
• You can check in at the hotel from 2pm, should you wish to arrive any earlier your bags can be left securely at the hotel in a luggage room. Check out is 11am on the day of departure
• We recommend you wear smart casual clothing but there is no strict dress code for the venues
• Kindly note, only those with a valid voucher can attend
• This experience is not suitable for wheelchair users as the cruise company used has limited access. Please check at the time of booking
