Situated in over 14 acres of gardens and woods, the Linthwaite House Hotel has its own tarn with fabulous views over Lake Windermere - the perfect setting for a honeymoon or romantic break.
Upon arrival you will be welcomed by the friendly staff and shown to your beautifully decorated room which may be overlooking the courtyard or gardens. Each bedroom has a bath, shower, Molton Brown toiletries, luxury bathrobes and a CD player on which customers can play the complimentary CD’s from the selection in reception.
Spend some time getting to know the area and perhaps visit the Lake District National Park or any one of the 50 visitor attractions nearby, before being served a delicious full afternoon tea. Indulge in smoked salmon, ham, egg mayonnaise and cucumber finger sandwiches, home-made sultana and plain scones with damson jam and clotted cream, individual lemon and raspberry posset plus a selection of home-made cakes. A cafetière of freshly ground coffee or pot of loose leaf tea will accompany your treats.
As a guest at Linthwaite House Hotel you will also have complimentary use of the nearby leisure club, which is approximately half a mile away from the hotel and includes a pool, sauna and steam rooms.
A delicious full English or continental breakfast will be prepared for you in the morning before you leave the hotel.

 

  • Minimum age: 18
  • Your one night break can be taken Sunday to Friday. Saturday night bookings are not available with this voucher
  • This experience is for one night. Breakfast is served in the restaurant between 8.00am – 10.00am and afternoon tea is served between 2.30pm- 5.30pm.
  • You are welcome to check into the hotel from 2.00pm and check out is 11.00am the following morning
  • All guests must have a valid voucher
  • Guests of the Linthwaite House Hotel can use the Spa facilities of the leisure club free of charge but transport between the hotel and leisure club is not included

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a gift pack to you or directly to the recipient. A voucher and booking information will be included in the pack so you just need to check the info and book your experience.
