Your experience will include an overnight stay within one of the hotels 41 luxury bedrooms, all individually decorated and elegantly furnished to the highest standards, a traditional Scottish breakfast in the morning and a very indulgent full afternoon tea.

Ballathie House Hotel has all the antique details and fine touches you'd expect from a Scottish country house. Gently chiming clocks, gilt-framed portraits and statues bring character and charm throughout the house.
This sense of Scotland's past extends to your luxury room where each one is individually decorated and elegantly furnished to the highest standards. Your en-suite bathroom includes the softest bathrobes and deluxe toiletries for use throughout your stay.
In the afternoon settle into the comfort of the Drawing Room for a treat of delicate sandwiches, freshly-baked scones, tempting cakes and of course homemade shortbread. The wide selection of teas and coffees provide the perfect accompaniment.
Following your overnight stay you will enjoy either a traditional full Scottish breakfast or continental breakfast served in the award winning restaurant between 7.30 - 9.30am before checking out at 11.00am.

  • Minimum age: 18
  • Please notify the hotel of any dietary requirements at the time of booking so they can accommodate your needs
  • Guests rooms will be available from 2pm onwards and are asked to vacate the room by 11.00am on the day of departure
  • Your afternoon tea will need to be booked between 3pm - 5pm
  • Smart casual wear is required in the Drawing Room for afternoon tea. Jeans are allowed although need to be smart. If you book further meals with the hotel please note there is a dress code for evening dining
  • This experience is available seven days a week, subject to availability. Please note the package cannot be booked between 24th December and the 2nd January. Other special occasions such as Valentines Day and Mothers Day etc will be limited
  • The hotel does have disabled access. Please contact the supplier direct for further information
