Would you like to learn the techniques and skills of a landscape photographer? Then this one day course is for you. You will spend the day outdoors with a professional and creative photographer who will teach you to become a skilled landscape photographer.

This full day landscape photography course will be spent entirely outdoors, where you will be covering the key elements including aperture, shutter speed and composition as well as learning all the tips, techniques and skills to take fantastic landscape pictures. You will also be taking part in practical tasks based on new information you will be learning as the day progresses.
Some of the elements in this course will include lighting, use of wide angle lenses, motion blur, different techniques of using the camera and shooting into the light.

  • Minimum age: 18
  • For this course, you will need to be at intermediate level of photography, know your way around the controls of your camera and want to build on the foundation of knowledge you already have Please ensure that you bring your tripod with you on the day
  • You will need a DSLR camera (Digital Single Lens Reflex). A compact, standard digital camera will not be sufficient. Please call the supplier for further details and types of camera’s to bring
  • Please allow approximately seven to eight hours for the whole experience, with a usual start time of 9.30, finishing at around 17.00
  • This experience is available on selected Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays throughout the year
  • As you will spend the entire day outdoors we advise that you should wear suitable outdoor clothing depending on the season and weather. Substantial footwear is also advised
  • This experience is not suitable for spectators
