Knowsley Safari Park offers a five mile safari drive where you can get up close and personal to lions, rhino, elephant, giraffe, antelope, and of course Knowsley’s infamous baboons. During the day you can also visit the sea lion show, bug house and children’s farm.  A selection of amusement rides are also available at an additional charge.

  • Entrance to Knowsley Safari Park for up to two adults and two children (3 to 15 years)

  • Take a Safari drive
  • Free daily animal demonstrations and feedings and the unique chance to get up close and personal with some of the Safari Park’s residents

Arrive at the park early to get the most out of your day. Complete the safari drive as many times as you like during the opening hours and enjoy our shows and animals in our walk around area. During school holidays and weekends extra animal talks will take place for the meerkats, otters and elephants. Once in the park your time is your own so you can choose where to go within the park and what time you want to go there. Arriving early ensures you get the most out of your day. The safari drive takes approximately one hour to complete and can be completed more than once during the day if you wish. The park has a large car park to use once you have completed the drive so that you can park up and enjoy the walk around the attractions.

  • Winter Opening Times:
    1st November to 28th February 10.30am
    Last entry to Safari Drive 3.00pm
  • You will need your own vehicle to complete the safari drive as there is no transport available on site, although a local taxi company can provide transport at an additional charge
  • This experience is for 2 adults and 2 children (3-15 years)
    Knowsley Safari Park is open all year round but may need to close in extreme weather conditions.  If in doubt please call the park before setting off

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a gift pack to you or directly to the recipient. A voucher and booking information will be included in the pack so you just need to check the info and book your experience.
