In a busy stressful life, we all need outlets to unwind. What better way to beat your stress, than by feeding your fear as you lean back over the edge and shoot down the abseil tower! Learn the basics of abseiling, confident in the knowledge that you are attached to a safety rope. You can up the adrenaline even more and try it blindfolded!

On arrival you will be greeted by your instructor who will explain the format of your experience and a full safety briefing will be given. The techniques of abseiling will be explained and then it’s time for you to have a go! Your confidence will be tested and you will even be able to abseil blindfolded. At the end of your session there will be a debrief.

  • Minimum age: 10 (under 18's must be accompanied by a participating parent or legal guardian.)
  • Maximum weight: 16 stone
  • Participants should be in reasonable health and have a general level of fitness
  • The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary according to venue

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a gift pack to you or directly to the recipient. A voucher and booking information will be included in the pack so you just need to check the info and book your experience.
