This one day intensive and instructive course is hosted by Jean-Christophe Novelli himself. Jean-Christophe is a Michelin-starred and 5AA Rosette award-winning chef with a wealth of prestigious accolades to his name, so you’ll be in the best hands! Jean-Christophe will work with you in creating a specially-designed seasonal menu, with his passion for food and creative excellence being passed on at every opportunity as you learn how to select flavourings and seasonings and work with some of the finest ingredients possible. The day is very relaxed and informal with the aim of making good cookery and wine appreciation accessible to everyone. Jean-Christophe will be with you throughout the day to guide you, dispense practical and technical advice and answer any questions you might have. His sense of fun is contagious and we guarantee that this will be a day you’ll never forget! During the day you’ll enjoy a delicious lunch as well as refreshments, and you’ll also enjoy a luxurious one night stay in a local 5* hotel (in a double room). You’ll leave with a selection of goodies to take home, including a Novelli Academy Masterclass certificate.

• Minimum age:16 (under 18’s need parental/guardian consent)
• Courses are held on selected dates from mid February to December
• Courses usually start at 11am and finish at 6pm, kindly note these timings are approximate and subject to change
• General fitness is recommended as you will be standing up for a reasonable length of time whilst doing practical work
• You must notify the centre of any food allergies or dietary requirements when booking
• Since the centre is a listed 14th century building and disabled facilities are not currently available. If you have any disability or illness that may prevent you from taking part in the experience you must discuss this with the centre before booking
• A delicious lunch will be provided, and drinks will be available throughout the day
• The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary. Please check with the venue when booking
  

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a gift pack to you or directly to the recipient. A voucher and booking information will be included in the pack so you just need to check the info and book your experience.
