Your experience will include two thrilling activities:

Indoor Skydiving - After checking in you will attend an instruction class on skydiving techniques and a short video briefing to teach you some skills. Then it's off to the kit up area to collect your flight gear, including flight suit, helmet, earplugs and goggles. You and the rest of your group will then enter the tunnel area for your sky diving experience, which will include the following: One flight of around 1 minute 15 seconds - this will enable you to fly around the chamber and practice your skills being guided by your professional instructor, one further flight of around 1 minute 15 seconds.
Introduction to Indoor Surfing - Completely innovative and unique in the UK, FlowHouse Bedford offers this brand new experience combining the thrill of surfing, skateboarding and wakeboarding. This brand new 'FlowRider®' creates an endless wave of water about four inches deep which allows you to surf or body board on top of specially designed boards.
Once kitted up in your wetsuit, you’ll be part of a small group taking it in turns to tackle the 'FlowRider®' with the help and support of an instructor in a 60 minute session. No previous experience necessary, this is designed for maximum fun for all.

• Minimum age: 7 years old but parental discretion is required. Under 18's will need to be accompanied by an adult who will be asked to read and sign an acceptance of risk form on their behalf
• Minimum height: 3'6"
• Maximum weight: 19 stone
• An average level of fitness and good level of mobility is required as this is a strenuous physical activity
  Indoor Surfing: Kindly be aware that this activity takes place on fast moving water and you will probably fall off your board at some point. Whilst you do not need to necessarily be a strong swimmer you must be comfortable around water.The Flow Rider® uses powerful jets to blast sheets of water approximately 4 inches deep over the surface of the Flow Rider®. This is not deep enough to swim in but you do need to feel comfortable in this environment
• This experience is not suitable if you are pregnant, have ever suffered a dislocated shoulder, serious back or disk problems, have any freshly stitched wounds, Osteoporosis, any bone illnesses, heart problems, are wearing a hard cast or are under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs. All participants are asked to sign a disclaimer
• Please allow up to a full day for the whole experience. There may be some spare time between each of your activities and there is a café on site where you may purchase refreshments
• This activity takes place all year round and is available seven days a week. Participants will be booked in for both of the activities on the same day. Weekend availability may be limited due to popularity
• The weather does not affect this experience
• Spectators are welcome and there is a free viewing gallery, although small children may be better kept in the lounge area as the viewing gallery is noisy
• The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary. Please check with the venue when booking
