Gentlemans Fresh Start at So SPA by Sofitel

• Introduction to your Spa Butler for the duration of your experience

Upon arrival you will be met by the Spa Butler who is on hand to guide you through your unique and personalised spa journey. You will be shown to the gym where you can have a workout for up to an hour. Afterwards you can make your way to the Hammam, a form of Turkish Steam Bath where you can relax for 30 minutes while the hotel press your shirt and polish your shoes for the day ahead! Before heading out, enjoy a So SPA breakfast to include hot porridge, fruit platters, fruit juices, pastries, tea and coffee over your chosen newspaper. What a civilised way to start your day!!

• Minimum age: 16 (Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult)
• Please advise the spa at the time of booking if you have any medical conditions so that they are able to check if this will affect your day
• We recommend you wear comfortable clothing to exercise in and don’t forget to bring your outfit for the day ahead so the hotel can press your short and polish your shoes
• Total time for this experience varies, however you are welcome to spend up to an hour in the So FIT gym and up to 30 minutes in the Hammam whilst the hotel prepares your breakfast
• This experience is available 7 days a week
