Breaking the formal traditions of French cuisine, the menu has been infused with Asian influences, offering a range of tasting-sized dishes.
Your Michelin starred experience provides five tasting courses, including a pre dessert and a glass of champagne each, either as a lunchtime treat or a romantic dinner. Set within the stunning surroundings of one of Gordon Ramsay’s iconic restaurants, this gourmet treat will be an experience to remember.

Arrive and step into the modern and fashionable restaurant, maze by Gordon Ramsay, where your dining experience begins. You will be greeted with a glass of champagne before being shown to your table by the friendly and attentive staff.
Enjoy a range of stunning dishes all made with the finest seasonal ingredients and impeccable presentation. This will be a truly wonderful experience that defines glamour and style.
You will be able to choose your five course meal – which includes a pre-dessert each – from the following sample menu:

White onion soup, maple-glazed chicken oysters, lemon emulsion
Marinated beetroot, Dorstone organic goat’s curd, pine nuts, Cabernet Sauvignon dressing
Pressed confit chicken, Caesar salad garnish Braised veal shin, rocket pesto, white onion risotto
Loch Duart salmon, fondue of leek, vinaigrette of brown shrimps, horseradish
Szechuan spiced Suffolk pork belly, edamame beans, pickled black radish and spring greens
Pre-dessert
Sweet
Sweet Rhubarb soup, ginger pannacotta, coriander
Pistachio parfait, cherry sorbet, griotte cherries

  • Minimum age: Children under 16 are welcomed when accompanied by a paying adult
  • Lunch is available to book from 12.00pm to 2.30pm daily and dinner from 6.00pm to 11.00pm Sunday to Thursday, except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. Other closure dates may apply
  • Please allow 2 hours for your visit
  • The experience is not suitable for spectators. All participants must have a valid voucher
  • Additional beverages are not included but may be purchased separately.
  • All prices are inclusive of VAT and subject to a 12.5% discretionary service charge
  • A soft drink alternative will be offered to under 18’s
