Are you ready to experience what it is like to be an F1 driver like Lewis Hamilton or Jenson Button? The F1 Grand Prix Simulator Race Experience will see you take part in an adrenaline filled race meeting where you will be racing against up to 19 other competitors, behind the wheel of an FF1600, before progressing into a modern F1 Race Car on a world famous Grand Prix Circuit. Where will your qualifying times place you on the grid? Will you get the ultimate pole position? Points will be awarded for your qualifying position and from each of your races, but will you finish in the top three being awarded a trophy to show to the world?

Upon arrival you will need to register before being given a driver’s briefing including a guide through the controls on the simulator and details of how the event will be run by the Race Director. You will then be unleashed onto the circuit for your 20 minutes of practice and qualifying to learn how to handle the car on the limit, get to grips with the best lines into and out of the corners before getting in that all important fast lap to determine your position on the grid.
When your grid position has been determined, it's time for your first race to start. With all drivers ready, you will find yourself on the starting grid waiting for the start light procedure to commence. With the engine revs rising all around you, you will need to time your start to perfection as the lights turn to green. Enjoy the thrill and adrenaline rush as you race at high speed against your fellow competitors, racing wheel to wheel, deciding when to out brake and out drive all others to take the chequered flag first. Points will be awarded and preparations made for the next race.
Once you have mastered the FF1600 race car, you will be upgraded to the modern F1 Car. Only when you have experienced the F1 car, can you even start to appreciate what an F1 driver has to endure during a Grand Prix – as these cars are awesome. After all of the races have been run and points awarded throughout are collated, the top three drivers will be presented with their trophies to take home.

  • Please allow at least three hours for this experience
  • There are no weight or age limits but under 16s need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian
  • Minimum height: 4’ 5” (135cm)
  • The experience is run on most Sundays throughout the year. All bookings are subject to availability
  • During the experience you will have a combined 20 minutes of practice and qualifying with at least four Grand Prix races, which will give a minimum driving time of 60 minutes
  • Please note that there will be a maximum number of 20 drivers taking part in the event
  • Spectators are welcome to attend
  • There is a licensed bar which also sells hot and soft drinks and snacks on site
  • Kindly note that each centre has their own cancellation policy and fees. Some centres may not allow a booking to be cancelled or changed once it has been made. Please call us for further details
  • The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary. Please check with the venue when booking

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a gift pack to you or directly to the recipient. A voucher and booking information will be included in the pack so you just need to check the info and book your experience.
