The Smart School of Cookery is ideal for those wanting to find inspiration in the kitchen or simply to try something new. This executive masterclass, taught by award winning traiteur, Franck Pontais, will give you the tips and tricks to perfecting mouth watering delicious food. The Owner, Ann Hood, was a previous contestant on BBC’s Masterchef so you are guaranteed an experience full of cookery passion with celebrity chefs and top of the range tuition. With a variety of skills to learn and hands on experience, this course will teach you the fundamental rules of a becoming a smart cook. Time to scrub up and get hands on!

Franck Pontais has worked as a Traiteur in some of the most prestigious stores in the UK, including Harrods and Selfridges, excelling in the traditional French art of producing exquisite gourmet food.
Franck will be on hand throughout this full day masterclass to offer advice and tips plus explain a little about his background in the famous Harrods food hall.
Your full day masterclass will start at 11.00am and you will be greeted by Franck. The group will enjoy a champagne breakfast with eggs benedict and canapés before discussing the gourmet five course menus ahead. Participants will be provided with an apron, information pack, recipes and a pen and paper to take notes.
The day will teach you how to cook five delicious courses and is guaranteed to show you some handy and exciting new kitchen skills, so you can leave with the confidence to recreate your gourmet meal at home. You will be encouraged to taste all the dishes created throughout the day with wine included. You will also receive a signed apron and cookbook by Franck Pontais as souvenirs.
