This is the ultimate dining experience for those wanting to watch a professional chef at work and learn a few tricks of the trade. At The Smart School of Cookery you and up to five friends or family will have private use of the entire dining area and kitchen along with your very own chef who will give you a demonstration on your chosen cookery theme.
You may choose from an extensive list of menus for the chef to recreate in front of you or even come up with your own meal to suit your fellow diners’ requirements. If you are a budding chef you will be encouraged to help prepare the gourmet meal before it’s enjoyed by your party at the end of the experience.

Upon arrival you will be greeted by your chef who will be preparing your chosen meal in your exclusive kitchen. After some refreshments it’s time to get seated before your first course is cooked in front of you. Depending on the menu chosen, you will enjoy tow or three courses of delicious food whilst learning the rules of each dish. You can even join in with the chef to really impress your fellow diners.
This is a unique experience for any enthusiastic chef or for anyone simply looking to enjoy good food amongst friends.

  • This experience runs seven days a week and lasts approximately two hours. All dates are subject to availability

  • Seafood classes are not suitable for those suffering from allergies to shellfish and seafood
  • All courses, itineraries and places are subject to availability and change
