Buxton Raceway, located in the hills of the Peak District, hosts the UK Open Drift Championship. This voucher allows you to gain access to the venue as well as having the opportunity to ride as a passenger in one of the competing drift championship cars. After your passenger ride you can watch all of the action as the competitors battle to get enough points to get them through to the final.

  • Admission to Buxton Raceway to watch the UK Open Drift Championship
  • Two Lap passenger ride in one of the competing Drift cars

You are welcome to arrive at Buxton Raceway to watch any on-track action before your passenger ride. You will need to sign on before your allocated time, then it’s time to be taken out on the track for two laps in a UK Open Drift Championship competing car. Once you return from your hair-raising passenger laps you can stay and watch the competing cars practice and then battle to get enough points to get them through to the final.

  • Minimum age: 14 (under 18s must be accompanied by a paying parent or guardian)
  • Minimum height: 4’ 10”
  • Maximum height 6’ 6”
  • Maximum weight: 18 stone
  • The activity will run from March to October on one Sunday per month
  • 2012 dates are:
  • March 11th
  • April 15th
  • May 13
  • June 10th
  • July 1st
  • July 29th
  • September 2nd
  • October 7th
  • October 28th
  • Allow up to five hours for your visit (depending on whether you arrive early to watch the practices), the passenger laps should last approximately five minutes. The competition itself lasts around 2½ hours
  • At the Raceway there is a covered grandstand if it’s raining
  • Drinks and snacks can be purchased at the onsite bar
  • The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary. Please check with the venue when booking

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a gift pack to you or directly to the recipient. A voucher and booking information will be included in the pack so you just need to check the info and book your experience.
