Dolphin and Whale Watching for 2

• Approximately 2 to 2½ hour boat trip

Upon arrival you will be greeted by a member of the team and kitted out with your life jacket before boarding the boat for this exhilarating experience.  On board you will be given a full commentary by the fully qualified instructor as you make your way to try to encounter a variety of dolphins and whales such as the Bottlenose, Common and Risso’s dolphins, seals and basking sharks, plus there may also be the opportunity to see some larger species including Fin and Minke Whales.  The variety and number of species you will encounter is dependant on many factors including location, the time of year and the fact that the animals are wild, therefore specific species sightings cannot be guaranteed. Throughout the experience you will have some great opportunities to photograph the marine life so don’t forget your camera!

• Maximum height: 6' 0" (Wales), 6'4'' (Cornwall)
• Maximum weight: 16 stone (Wales), 17 stone (Cornwall)
• A reasonable level of fitness is required, as you will need to step on and off the boat safely
• Please note that all boats can experience unpredictable movements that can aggravate medical conditions. You MUST inform us of such conditions
• We are not medical experts and the decision whether to continue the trip will be entirely at your own risk
• Unfortunately this experience is not suitable for the disabled
• Refreshments are not included but there are cafes & shops near to both locations
• You must call the centre 24 hours before the day of your experience (between 10am – 4pm) to confirm sailing and time of departure as this can vary, please be prepared for a morning trip but it is essential that you telephone to confirm the time as they are subject to change
• Unfortunately this experience is not suitable for spectators
• The experience is weather dependant and we ask that you call 24 hours prior to your trip to check that everything is going ahead as planned. If the experience is cancelled due to bad weather then an alternative date will be offered to you
• In Cornwall; Trips run on selected weekend dates from March to November and selected weekday and weekend dates during the summer months and in Wales; trips run on selected dates from April to October
• We recommend you book at least eight weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. This is only a guideline and we advise you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment
• You must book and take your experience before the expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability
• The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary. Please check with the venue when booking
