The modern French menu at the two-Michelin starred Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons has been described as 'a twist of imaginative genius' and the cuisine is undoubtedly the focus of every guest's visit. Raymond Blanc is today acknowledged as one of the finest chefs in the world. His cuisine has been described as intelligent, daring, imaginative and adventurous and he has received tributes from every national and international guide to culinary excellence. Gary Jones, a Blanc protégé and Michelin starred chef himself, rejoined forces with Raymond as Executive Head Chef in August 1999.

The combination of Raymond Blanc’s cuisine, the elegance of the surroundings and the warmth of the hospitality makes Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons one of the most beautiful places to eat out in England. The two-acre kitchen garden produces 90 types of vegetable and over 70 varieties of herb, which are used in Le Manoir's kitchen. Monsieur Blanc has been a champion of the organic movement for the last 20 years.

 

After a welcome glass of champagne on arrival, indulge in a 5 course Menu Classique dinner for two including coffee and petit fours. Created over the years, the Menu Classique combines the best-loved dishes from Le Manoir, showing that their philosophy has always been inspired by seasonality and use of the best produce. You will also receive a copy of Monsieur Blanc’s Foolproof French Cookery to take away with you so you can recreate some of the delights at home.

  • Guests are asked to dress smartly in the restaurant please. No jeans or trainers
  • You should allow approximately 2-3 hours
  • Dinner is available to book Sunday to Thursday evenings excluding Bank Holidays. The restaurant is open from 7.15pm to 9.30pm.
  • Please mention any dietary requirements at the time of booking.

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a gift pack to you or directly to the recipient. A voucher and booking information will be included in the pack so you just need to check the info and book your experience.
