This award winning chilli nursery will be all you need to add a little kick to your meals from now on. Based in Bedfordshire and owned by dedicated and passionate growers of gorgeous, lip smacking chillies you will have an experience to remember.
The nursery produces and sells everything from the freshest hand-picked chillies, to stunning chilli plants, through delectable chilli strings to the most mouth-watering, gourmet fiery sauces.
You’ll be escorted around the nursery with your expert guide who will delve into the history of the chillies it grows from the medium hot Jalapeño Pepper to the fiery Scotch Bonnet. Pick up tips and recipe ideas and even learn about their natural health benefits!
You will visit the commercial kitchen where the delicious gourmet sauces are made and packaged ready for sale in local shops, plus some major supermarkets.
Samples of the sauces and fresh chillies will be available for you to taste so you can decide which chillies you want to pick for yourself and take home, ready to use in your next meal! You will also be given a deluxe chilli hamper to take away with you that will include a range of gourmet items to cook meals at home using your new chillies.

A typical hamper may include:

Two gourmet chilli sauces
Genuine Italian spaghetti
Chilli seeds
A selection of gourmet Italian deli products ie olives, artichokes, sun dried tomatoes, pasta sauce, etc
Chilli napkins

  • Minimum age: 16 years if accompanied by an over 18
  • You must have a reasonable level of fitness to take part and be able to walk unaided as there is uneven ground
  • This experience is available on selected dates from mid May to September
  • Sensible walking shoes will be needed as this is a working chilli farm
  • This experience will last for approximately 1 to 1½ hours. Tour times will vary depending on weather conditions, the first normally takes place at 10.00am and the last at 4.00pm
  • The experience will take place if it's raining as there are areas to sit inside for the tasting
  • The tour and tasting will be for voucher holders only. Any spectators are welcome to view the nursery but won’t be able to join the tour
  • Your voucher is valid for twelve months from the date of issue
  • The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary. Please check with the venue when booking

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a gift pack to you or directly to the recipient. A voucher and booking information will be included in the pack so you just need to check the info and book your experience.
