On the day, you’ll be greeted at reception at your chosen location. You will then meet your stylist and discuss what look and pictures you’d like to achieve from your session. Receive top hair and beauty expertise in a lively environment with premium end products at one of the leading makeover & photographic studios in the country.

If you feel like splashing out and treating yourself, then bring some extra spending money on the day as there are plenty of opportunities to buy make-up, hair products and additional photos. Alternatively, you might prefer to leave the plastic at home and just sit back and enjoy the transformation!

Please be aware that you might spend some time waiting between different parts of the experience, so bring a good book and enjoy the chance to relax!

• Minimum age: 18 years
• This experience will last approximately two hours
• This experience is available seven days a week, subject to availability
• This voucher is valid for two participants and all guests must hold a valid voucher
• Your complimentary photograph will be a copyrighted image with a watermark logo. You will receive one complimentary 5x7 print which must be of both of you
• You may be asked to produce photographic ID, for age verification purposes
• Kindly note in order to limit non-attendance, a fully refundable booking deposit of £25 per voucher will be taken upon booking. The deposit will be refunded within 10-14 days of your appointment, unless you choose to allocate the amount against extra photographs. If you are paying the booking deposit for someone else, it is your responsibility to let them know whether they can use this booking deposit to purchase additional products and services on the day
• Access may be limited for people with disabilities – further information is available on request
• It can take up to eight weeks for your order to be delivered and there will be a £5 delivery charge for your photograph/s to be sent to you. This is payable on the day or alternatively you can choose to have the fee deducted from the booking deposit. This is to ensure that the photographs arrive safely as they will be sent by recorded delivery
• Your voucher is valid for six months from the date of issue. It is essential that you book and take your experience before this date as vouchers may not be extended beyond the expiration date
• This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a gift pack to you or directly to the recipient. A voucher and booking information will be included in the pack so you just need to check the info and book your experience.
