After meeting your instructor you’ll be kitted up in a warm steamer wetsuit, buoyancy aid and a helmet. You’ll take a short minibus ride to the coastline, and then the adventure begins! Making your way along the awe inspiring North Pembrokeshire coastline at sea level you’ll find yourself swimming into sea caves, climbing up through natural rock arches, flinging yourself from towering vertical rock faces, and perhaps even swimming with Atlantic grey seals! Whether the sea is flat, calm and reflecting the suns rays like a mirror, or raging and boiling as the waves pound the cliffs base, a superb coasteer can be guaranteed, with the emphasis on cliff jumping, wave dodging and rock traversing shifting according to the conditions; no two coasteers are ever the same.

• Minimum age: 16
• Participants should have a reasonable level of fitness
• You must be able to fit into a wetsuit, and be a competent swimmer
• Disabled access depends on the nature of the disability please check with the centre
• The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary according to venue

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a gift pack to you or directly to the recipient. A voucher and booking information will be included in the pack so you just need to check the info and book your experience.
