Belly Dancing has fascinated millions of women from around the world for decades, so here is your chance to have a lesson with a professional belly dancing instructor. You will learn how to shake it like Shakira & shimmy your way through a really enjoyable lesson, whilst challenging your hips, thighs & tums. Your fun class held in a studio will give you a great appreciation of this ancient art and also help you relax as your muscles loosen up to the authentic Arabian beats.

Upon arrival you will be met by your belly dance instructor and be given brief details of what the experience will entail. You will be participating in a group dance class suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. The fun one hour lesson will teach you step by step moves using mainly your core muscles. You will be encouraged to express yourself through arm movements and other exotic body combinations. Your instructor will put you at ease and guide you throughout, demonstrating and interacting with you to help co-ordinate your moves to the music. You will also be shown some great relaxation techniques so you can unwind after your exciting lesson. 

  • Minimum age: 18
  • You must have a reasonable level of fitness
  • This experience is available throughout the year on selected weekdays and evenings
  • Kindly note there is limited availability at weekends so we recommend you book in advance
  • Start and finish times will vary depending on your chosen venue
  • You will need to allow approximately 1½ hours for the experience; the class will last approximately 1 hour
  • You need to be comfortable so sports clothing or gym kit is required; tracksuit, shorts or leggings with a t-shirt or gym top and trainers or ballet shoes. There is no need to reveal your belly!

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a gift pack to you or directly to the recipient. A voucher and booking information will be included in the pack so you just need to check the info and book your experience.
