Upon arrival you will be greeted by a member of staff who will explain the extensive range of facilities and services available to you. Take a relaxing dip in the pool, or unwind in the sauna or steam room and then enjoy your three treatments: Swedish Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage, Elemis Pick Me Up Facial and either a Leighton Denny on the move manicure or pedicure. Spend the rest of your time taking advantage of the fitness and leisure facilities available to you or simply take the opportunity to just relax.

  • Minimum age: 18
  • Participants should be of reasonable health & fitness to enjoy all the facilities on offer (you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire before you can take your experience and you may not be able to take certain treatments or use some of the facilities if you have certain medical conditions, alternatively you may be required to obtain a medical certificate)
  • The experience is available to book Monday – Sunday. Kindly note that Saturday availability may be limited due to popularity and cannot be guaranteed
  • Please allow approximately six hours for the whole experience, the actual length of the treatments may vary slightly depending on the location but will total approximately 1 hour
  • Your voucher is valid for nine months from the date of issue. It is essential that you book and take your experience before this date as vouchers may not be extended beyond the expiration date
  • All guests must hold a valid voucher for the experience

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a gift pack to you or directly to the recipient. A voucher and booking information will be included in the pack so you just need to check the info and book your experience.
