This experience is a truly unique way of exploring London and seeing its famous sites through 2 different views!
Tours will depart from Victoria Coach Station in London and you have a choice of a morning or afternoon tour. You will be met by your guide and board the beautifully restored double-decker bus for your first part of the tour. Enjoy great views of Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament and the London Eye as the bus meanders through the streets with your guide explaining the history of the great city!
Have your cameras at the ready as you stop for photos at Westminster Abbey. Then it’s off to the Tower of London that was built nearly a thousand years ago, during the reign of William the Conqueror, and is now home to the Crown Jewels protected by the famous Beefeaters. The imposing former palace was once used as a fortress and a prison and your guide will take you to see Traitors Gate where prisoners entered the Tower for the last time!
Next you will take a leisurely cruise on the River Thames that passes Shakespeare’s Globe, Cleopatra’s Needle and London Bridge before you arrive at Westminster pier where you will hop back on the bus and head for Buckingham Palace. For morning tours, your guide will find the perfect spot to watch the world famous Changing of the Guard ceremony as the soldiers, dressed in their fabulous tunics and busbies march to military music. Your tour will finish back at Victoria Coach Station. For Afternoon tours you will visit Horse Guards Parade where your tour will finish.
