Become the master of the terrain in this fun introduction to off road driving. Wheels churning and axles grinding, learn the skills of observation, planning and manoeuvring as you tackle side slopes, steep inclines and rutted tracks of amazingly challenging terrain.

 

  • Introduction to 4x4 driving and handling techniques as part of a small group (the Kent location will be a 1:1 experience)
  • Experience training from a qualified instructor and hands-on driving
  • Experience gift pack including personalised voucher and message card
  • PA cover to a value of £50,000 plus cancellation indemnity

After a short briefing on safety procedures and driving techniques, this taster session will give you an introduction to Off Road Driving, with firstly a demonstration and then hands on experience with a qualified instructor. Experience “low range” gears on hill climbs and descents – your instructor will soon have you driving off-road like an expert. You will share your experience with other drivers, taking it in turns to drive the vehicle. The number in your group may vary depending on location.

  • Minimum age: 17 (under 18s need parental/guardian consent)
  • Minimum height: 5'0"
  • Maximum height: 6'4"
  • Maximum weight: 17 stone (18 1/2 stone at Seighford)
  • You should be in reasonable health
  • You must hold a full UK driving licence and will be required to present it on the day. Photocopies will not be accepted
  • The experience is available on selected weekends subject to availability, weekends may be available at Reading and Canterbury
  • You should allow 1 to 2 hours for the full experience depending on location
  • Conditions can get quite muddy, so please wear casual clothing and dress appropriately for the weather conditions. A warm waterproof jacket and gloves are also advisable in the event of rain or cold weather
  • At Seighford, Staffordshire you are welcome to bring friends and family to watch. At Canterbury, Kent you may have 2 additional guests to ride as passengers in the vehicle at no extra charge, this is a 1:1 experience and will NOT be in a group of other participants. Unfortunately due to the nature of the courses spectators are not permitted at the other venues
  • Kindly note conditions can get quite muddy

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a gift pack to you or directly to the recipient. A voucher and booking information will be included in the pack so you just need to check the info and book your experience.
