How do I choose?
The gift pack will contain general information on all of these experiences allowing the recipient to book the experience of their choice.
Are there any restrictions?
Some activities may have age, weight, height or medical restrictions, the recipient must check these with eXhilaration before making their booking. Please contact eXhilaration Customer Services on 0870 77 000 66 for further information.
What else should I know?
You will receive by post a full information pack and an open-dated gift voucher valid for nine months. You must book and take your experience before the voucher expiry date
It is recommended that you book a date at least four to six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. This is only a guideline and it is advised that you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. All bookings are subject to availability. If your first choice is not available before the voucher expiry date, you will need to choose an alternative option. Kindly note that experience options are subject to change without prior notice

Delivery details
Delivery to UK Mainland only. If you wish to place an order for international delivery, please contact our customer services team on 0870 770 0066. Please note, an additional cost will apply for international deliveries
Delivery options available: first class post (£3.95) or guaranteed next working day delivery (£10)
Delivery by first class post within 3 - 5 working days. Please allow 7 days for delivery during peak postal times
Next day delivery must be ordered before 12.00. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day. A signature will be required upon receipt. Deliveries not signed for will taken to your local post depot
Please note: delivery is by Royal Mail therefore eXhilaration cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal system
No dispatch or delivery on UK bank holidays and weekends
