Rapid Running for Two
Holding only two people, unlike the White Water Rafts, you won't have a guide with you in the Rapid Runners. You'll be taught all you need to know before embarking on your white water adventure.

What does the activity include?
Your expert guide will teach you both all you need to know about paddling your way down the white water course during a training session in the calm pools above the rapids, then it's straight into the adrenaline action of your first wet and wild run down the course. Once fully trained your guide will be there to shepherd you down and always on hand if you need them.
During this action packed experience you will face steep drops, tight turns and masses of white water on the natural white water in Scotland. You will be provided with helmets, buoyancy aids, paddles, instruction and all safety equipment you will need to get out on the water.

When does the activity take place?
Courses run all year round.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. This is only a guideline and we advise you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. You must book and take your experience before the expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability
Are there any restrictions?
Minimum age 18.
Maximum weight is 15 stone per person.
Participants need to be able to swim and be water confident. As with all watersports, minor cuts & abrasions must be covered with a waterproof plaster.
What about the weather?
The weather will not normally be cause for cancellation of the experience. In the unlikely event it is postponed, a further date will be offered to you.
Can I bring spectators?
Spectators are welcome and cameras are essential!
What else do I need to know?
Refreshments may be purchased on the day.
Please arrive at the centre 30 minutes prior to your start time.
Your voucher is valid for nine months from the date of issue.
Personal accident & cancellation insurance are included.
Kindly note that each centre has their own cancellation policy and fees. Some centres may not allow a booking to be cancelled or changed once it has been made. Please call us for further details.

Next day delivery must be ordered before 12.00. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day. A signature will be required upon receipt. Deliveries not signed for will taken to your local post depot
