What does the activity include?
You may choose one of the following:
Marriott Hotels & Country Clubs: Full Body Massage (60 mins), Deluxe Facial (60 mins), Manicure* (30 mins) and Pedicure* (30 mins) in addition you will receive a guest pass to take a friend to use the spa facilities (no treatments are included for your guest, however you may give up to two treatments to your guest) and a 10% discount on any products purchased at the salon on the day (this does not include treatments and excludes the Dalmahoy and Johnstown House).
* The 30 min Manicure and 30 min Pedicure are not available at Johnstown House Hotel, instead you will receive either a Deluxe Manicure (60 mins) or a Deluxe Pedicure (60 mins).
Champneys Henlow Grange: Welcome drink (usually a refreshing juice drink), Massage (25 mins), Facial (25 mins), Manicure (25 mins) and a Pedicure (25 mins), lunch and full use of spa facilities & classes.
Champneys Springs: Welcome drink (usually a refreshing juice drink), Massage (25 mins), Facial (25 mins), Manicure (25 mins) and a Pedicure (25 mins), lunch and full use of the spa facilities & classes.
Champneys Forest Mere: Welcome drink (usually a refreshing juice drink), Massage (25 mins), Facial (25 mins), Manicure (25 mins) and a Pedicure (25 mins), lunch and full use of spa facilities & classes.
Champneys Tring: Welcome drink (usually a refreshing juice drink), Massage (25 mins) and a Facial (25 mins), lunch and full use of the spa facilities & classes.
Aquilla Health & Fitness: All over body scrub (30 mins), Full body massage (60 mins), Facial (60 mins), Mini manicure (20 mins), 2 course carvery lunch and full day use of facilities.

What should I wear/take?
Bring swimwear, exercise wear and shoes suitable to be worn indoors (e.g. slippers). Items such as towels and robes may be provided depending on the spa. Please check at the time of booking.

Guests are welcome to stay as long as they choose between 10.00am and 5.00pm (this may vary depending on the location, please check with lastminute.com experiences at the time of booking).

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher (kindly note when booking at a Marriott location you are required to give a minimum of four weeks notice). It is recommended that you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. You must book and take your experience before the expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability.
Are there any restrictions?
Minimum age 18 years old, (16 years at Aquilla Health & Fitness)
Most spas have a non smoking policy.
You should be in reasonable health to fully enjoy your day. Please seek medical advice if you have any conditions which may affect your treatments. You may be required to complete a medical questionnaire depending on your chosen location.
Please advise us prior to confirming a date for your experience if you are pregnant as some treatments and types of oils used are not suitable for use on pregnant ladies.
What about the weather?
The weather will not affect this experience.
Can I bring spectators?
Sorry, all guests must hold a voucher for the experience.
What else do I need to know?
If you would like to order any additional treatments during your day, it is recommended to book these at least 4 weeks prior to your visit, please contact lastminute.com experiences and we will advise you of the booking procedure depending on the location chosen (additional treatments will need to be paid for on departure and are subject to availability).
Please note that there is a supplement to pay if you wish to take your Platinum Spa Day at Marriott London County Hall, Marriott Hanbury Manor or Marriott Johnstown House, please call lastminute.com experiences for further details.
Upon booking a date at any of the Marriott locations we will require credit card details to secure your booking, these will only be used to charge a cancellation fee to if necessary.
Your voucher is valid for nine months from the date of issue.
Personal accident & cancellation insurance are included.
Kindly note that each centre has their own cancellation policy and fees. Some centres may not allow a booking to be cancelled or changed once it has been made. Please call us for further details.

Delivery by first class post within 3 - 5 working days. Please allow 7 days for delivery during peak postal times
Next day delivery must be ordered before 12.00. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day. A signature will be required upon receipt. Deliveries not signed for will taken to your local post depot
