What does the activity include?

Leave your cares behind as you step into this small, personal oasis of calm. On arrival you will be welcomed by a staff member and provided with a robe, comfortable slippers and a luxurious towel.



60 minute Floatation Session - You will be shown to a private floatation suite, each of which has its own unique artwork and personality. Floating is a very personal experience that has strong recuperative benefits for mind and body. A short shower is recommended before your float to wash away the outside world.

10 minutes of relaxing music will ease you into the float. It usually takes about 15 minutes to enter the first stage of deep relaxation and the remaining 45 minutes pass quickly, effortlessly and pleasurably. The end of your float will be signalled by the re-introduction of music.

Once inside the float tank you will have complete control of your environment. The light switch and control for the door are within fingertip reach.

Time to take another shower and this time enjoy the beautiful Living Nature shower gel and shampoo to wash off all the skin softening Epsom salts.

60 minute Treatment – Your floatation session will really enhance the benefits of your chosen treatment. You may choose from an individually tailored facial treatment to your specific skin care needs or a luxurious massage to ease the tensions of the day. Please advise your choice at the time of booking.

After your treatments, as you prepare to re-enter the outside world, complimentary fresh water and herbal teas are always ready for you downstairs. The centre recommends you relax with them for some time afterwards to maximise the recuperative benefits. There are seats and comfortable bean bags in the reception area where you are welcome to enjoy your drink.

What should I wear/take?

Please feel free to wear casual, comfortable clothes to arrive in, however it is recommended that you don’t wear swimwear whilst in the floatation session as the sensation of your swimming costume can detract from the experience.

How long should I allow for this experience?

Please allow approximately 2 ½ hours for the whole experience

When does the activity take place?

The experience is available 7 days a week subject to availability. Opening times: Mon – Sat 9am-9pm, Sunday 10:30am – 6pm (kindly note that these times are subjec to change).

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. This is only a guideline and we advise you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. You must book and take your experience before the expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability.

Are there any restrictions?

Maximum height for the float tank is 6'4.
Minimum age 16 years.
Please check with your GP before taking part in the Floatation Session if you have experienced any of the following conditions: Epilepsy, Bi-polar or Schizophrenia, Acute skin disorders, Kidney problems, Ear infections or if you are a breastfeeding mother.

Unfortunately the massage option is not suitable for pregnant women. You may use the Floatation tank if you are pregnant but please seek advise from your doctor before booking.

What about the weather?

The weather will not affect this activity.

Can I bring spectators?

Sorry, all guests must hold a valid voucher for the experience.
Kindly note that the centre is not suitable for children.

What else do I need to know?

Unfortunately there is no disabled access.
Nearest tube is Notting Hill, approximately 8 minutes walk.
Your voucher is valid for nine months from the date of issue.
Personal accident & cancellation insurance are included.
Kindly note that each centre has their own cancellation policy and fees. Some centres may not allow a booking to be cancelled or changed once it has been made. Please call us for further details.

Delivery by first class post within 3 - 5 working days. Please allow 7 days for delivery during peak postal times

Next day delivery must be ordered before 12.00. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day. A signature will be required upon receipt. Deliveries not signed for will taken to your local post depot
