What does the activity include?
Upon arrival you will be given a tour of the Spa facilities and will be provided with a robe, slippers and fresh towels. You will then have one hour of relaxation to gently unwind before your bathing experience where you can use:
- The aromatic steam room
- The herbal sauna
- The experience showers
- The relaxation room
You will then be collected by the therapist and taken in for your treatment. Envelope yourself in an array of luxurious mineralising muds before relaxing in your private steam chamber. Based on an Egyptian cleansing ritual, this treatment is a truly indulgent experience. The perfect treat to have alone or to share with a friend or loved one.
Afterwards, drift away on heated loungers in the candle lit relaxation room where you will be served herbal tea and refreshing sorbet.

What should I wear/take?
A swimming costume is essential.
How long should I allow for this experience?
You will need to allow 2 hours for the full experience. You are invited to arrive one hour before your treatment time to make full use of the relaxation room and spa facilities.
When does the activity take place?
The spa is open at the following times:
Monday to Thursday : 9am to 9pm
Friday: 9am to 8pm
Saturday & Sunday: 9am to 6pm
We recommend you book at least four to six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. This is only a guideline and we advise you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. You must book and take your experience before the expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability.
Are there any restrictions?
Minimum age: 18 years old and Maximum age 65.
You should be in reasonable health to fully enjoy your day. Please seek medical advice if you have any conditions which may affect your treatments such as high or low blood pressure, contagious skin disorders or severe claustrophobia.
Not suitable for pregnant ladies.
What about the weather?
The weather will not affect this experience.
Can I bring spectators?
Sorry, all guests must hold a voucher for the experience.
