What does the activity include?
Beneath the glass roof and in air-conditioned comfort, you will receive a warm welcome before taking your seats for the set three-course lunch menu. After lunch, just sit back and relax and enjoy the spectacular views as the cruise takes you past some of London’s magnificent attractions.

Cruses depart from Embankment Pier, London.

Boarding is at 12.00hrs for a prompt 12.30hrs departure.
Return back to Embankment Pier at 14.00hrs.

When does the activity take place?
The cruise runs Thursday to Saturday between January and March and Wednesday to Saturday between April and November.
Kindly note that this voucher cannot be used during the month of December.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. This is only a guideline and we advise you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. You must book and take your experience before the expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability
Are there any restrictions?
Minimum age 5 years. A child menu is available for passenger 11 years and under, please ask eXhilaration for further details.
Drinks are not included but can be purchased seperately onboard.
Smoking is not permittted during the cruise, with the exception of the outside deck.
Prams, bassinets or pushchairs are not permitted onboard and high chairs are not available.
What about the weather?
In the unlikely event that a lunch cruise is cancelled, an alternative date will be offered to you.
Can I bring spectators?
Sorry, all guests much hold a valid voucher for the cruise.
What else do I need to know?
Kindly note that only the Symphony has a glass roof.
Limited disabled access is available, kindly note that toilet facilities have limited access via stairs, please advise us upon booking if you require this facility
Vegetarian menu options are available, however this must be requested when you book a date for your experience.
Your voucher is valid for nine months from the date of issue.
Personal accident & cancellation insurance are included.
Kindly note that each centre has their own cancellation policy and fees. Some centres may not allow a booking to be cancelled or changed once it has been made. Please call us for further details.

Delivery by first class post within 3 - 5 working days. Please allow 7 days for delivery during peak postal times
Next day delivery must be ordered before 12.00. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day. A signature will be required upon receipt. Deliveries not signed for will taken to your local post depot
