What does the activity include?
On arrival you will be greeted and the courteous and friendly staff will satisfy your every need. After selecting between 30 types of tea, your taste buds will be in for a real treat as you will be served a selection of finger sandwiches, followed by scones with clotted cream and jams, and to round it off, your choice of pastry from our pastry trolley of pastries. The place is truly a haven for relaxation in this fast paced city.

When does the activity take place?
Afternoon Tea is available to book Monday to Saturday between 3pm and 6pm.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. This is only a guideline and we advise you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. You must book and take your experience before the expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability.
Are there any restrictions?
Customers will need to inform us of any special dietary requirements at the time of booking.

The weather will not affect this experience.
Can I bring spectators?
All guests must hold an eXhilaration voucher and the voucher is valid for two people only.
What else do I need to know?
Your voucher is valid for nine months from the date of issue.
There is full disabled access from both sides of the hotel.
Personal accident & cancellation insurance are included.

Delivery by first class post within 3 - 5 working days. Please allow 7 days for delivery during peak postal times
Next day delivery must be ordered before 12.00. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day. A signature will be required upon receipt. Deliveries not signed for will taken to your local post depot
Please note: delivery is by Royal Mail therefore eXhilaration cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal system
