The Cathedrals Express is a unique steam-hauled express train, taking passengers from central London and other selected stations to England’s beautiful cathedral cities and coastal towns. Valid for a variety of memorable trips this voucher entitles you to a first class seat with a delicious cold food platter to enjoy on each leg of the journey.
Where does the experience take place?
Departs from selected stations in London and limited regional stations.
Destinations may include: Bath, Bristol, Canterbury, Chichester, Dorchester, Ely, Exeter, Gloucester, Lincoln, Norwich, Oxford, Poole, Salisbury, Sherborne, Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick, Wells, Weymouth, Winchester and Worcester.
Not all destinations are available from the regional stations. Please check at the time of booking.

How long should I allow for this experience?
Train journey times vary depending on destination but you should allow a full day for your experience.
When does the activity take place?
The experience takes place on selected dates between March and October.
It is recommended that you book a date at least four to six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. This is only a guideline and we advise that you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. All bookings are subject to availability. If your first choice of trip is not available before the voucher expiry date, you will need to choose an alternative
Are there any restrictions?

Vouchers are not valid for special events trains, Christmas Carol or Shopping specials.

Can I bring spectators?
Spectators are welcome to see you off and greet you at the station.

Please take your voucher with you on the day.
Please advise at the time of booking if you have any special dietary requirements.
Your voucher is valid for nine months from the date of issue. You must book and take your experience before the voucher expiry date.
Personal accident & cancellation insurance are included.
Kindly note that each centre has their own cancellation policy and fees. Some centres may not allow a booking to be cancelled or changed once it has been made. Please call us for further details.

Delivery options available: first class post (£3.95) or guaranteed next working day delivery (£10)
Delivery by first class post within 3 - 5 working days. Please allow 7 days for delivery during peak postal times
Next day delivery must be ordered before 12.00. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day. A signature will be required upon receipt. Deliveries not signed for will taken to your local post depot
Please note: delivery is by Royal Mail therefore eXhilaration cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal system
