What does the activity include?
You will have £450 to spend on fashions, cosmetics or whatever takes your eye. You will also experience a mini makeover with plenty of advice for looking your best with an appointment with the personal shopper. You will also receive a goody bag containing sample products to try at home.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at the following House of Fraser stores: Croydon, Oxford Street, Guildford, Reading, Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, Norwich, Nottingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dublin, Dartford, King William Street EC4, Tyne & Wear, Belfast & High Wycombe.
What should I wear/take?
Comfortable clothing and footwear.
How long should I allow for this experience?
Most personal shopping sprees last about 2-3 hours.
When does the activity take place?
All year round during store opening hours but Christmas gets booked up very early. Certain stores only operate on certain weekdays, please contact exhilaration for further details.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. This is only a guideline and we advise you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. You must book and take your experience before the expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability.
Are there any restrictions?
Personal Shopping experience is available by prior appointment only.
What about the weather?
The weather will not affect this experience.
Can I bring spectators?
Certain stores will allow you to bring a friend along, please check with eXhilaration before booking your date.
What else do I need to know?
The experience includes £450 to spend in-store in whatever department you choose.
Personal consultants maybe male or female depending on the store you visit, therefore should you have a preference it is very important to advise eXhilaration at the time of booking.
Kindly note that there is no personal shopping suite at the Kings William Street store.

Delivery by first class post within 3 - 5 working days. Please allow 7 days for delivery during peak postal times
Next day delivery must be ordered before 12.00. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day. A signature will be required upon receipt. Deliveries not signed for will taken to your local post depot
