What does the activity include?
Beneath the glass roof and in air-conditioned comfort, you will enjoy a welcome cocktail before taking your seats for the four-course luxury a la carte dinner with accompanying live entertainment. Afterwards, enjoy some after-dinner dancing to round off your wonderful evening.

Cruises depart from Embankment Pier, London.
What should I wear/take?
Guests are requested to dress formally and gentlemen are asked to wear a collar and tie.
Jeans and trainers are not allowed onboard, admission can be refused if you do not adhere to the above dress code and you would not be entitled to a refund.
How long should I allow for this experience?
Boarding is at 19.15hrs for a 20.00hrs departure
Return back to Embankment Pier at 22.45hrs.
When does the activity take place?
Most evenings throughout the year excluding New Years Eve, Mothers Day and St Valentines Night. The cruise is also generally unavailable during December.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. This is only a guideline and we advise you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. You must book and take your experience before the expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability.
Are there any restrictions?
Minimum age is 16.
Apart from the welcome drink, drinks are not included but can be purchased seperately.
What about the weather?
In the unlikely event that a dinner cruise is cancelled, an alternative date will be offered to you.
Can I bring spectators?
Sorry, all guests must hold a valid voucher for the cruise.
What else do I need to know?
Limited disabled access is available, kindly note that toilet facilities have limited access via stairs, please advise us upon booking if you require this facility
IMPORTANT: You must take your eXhilaration voucher with you on the day of your activity, if you don’t take the voucher then you will be unable to board the boat and will lose your experience.
Vegetarian menu options are available, however this must be requested when you book a date for your experience.
Your voucher is valid for nine months from the date of issue.
Personal accident & cancellation insurance are included.
Kindly note that each centre has their own cancellation policy and fees. Some centres may not allow a booking to be cancelled or changed once it has been made. Please call us for further details.

Delivery by first class post within 3 - 5 working days. Please allow 7 days for delivery during peak postal times
Next day delivery must be ordered before 12.00. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day. A signature will be required upon receipt. Deliveries not signed for will taken to your local post depot
Please note: delivery is by Royal Mail therefore eXhilaration cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal system
