What does the activity include?
After the welcome you will receive a full Health & Safety briefing and be kitted up ready to move onto the ice. You will receive one to one tuition from a fully qualified instructor and spend approximately 40 minutes on the ice. This is an introduction for those who have not tried ice climbing before and you’ll learn the basic skills needed to get a real taster of this exciting new sport.
Where does the experience take place?
Ice climbing takes place in London or Manchester.
What should I wear/take?
Loose fitting warm layers. You will be provided with all the technical clothing.
How long should I allow for this experience?
You should allow approximately one hour for the whole experience.
When does the activity take place?
Tuesday – Sunday all year subject to availability.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. This is only a guideline and we advise you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. You must book and take your experience before the expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability
Are there any restrictions?
Minimum age 16
Participants should be physically fit. If in doubt consult your doctor in advance
What about the weather?
The weather will not affect this experience.
Can I bring spectators?
Guests are very welcome. There are spectator viewing areas.
What else do I need to know?
Your voucher is valid for nine months from the date of issue.
Personal accident & cancellation insurance are included.
Kindly note that each centre has their own cancellation policy and fees. Some centres may not allow a booking

Next day delivery must be ordered before 12.00. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day. A signature will be required upon receipt. Deliveries not signed for will taken to your local post depot
