London Eye and Dinner Cruise for Two
Take a flight on the British Airways London Eye and see the sights of London and beyond from up high and then follow this with a Dinner Cruise on the Thames where the sites of London sparkle in the darkness outside your window.

What does the activity include?
Enjoy a breathtaking trip on the British Airways London Eye followed by a fabulous Thames Dinner Cruise on board the restaurant cruiser ‘Symphony’ or ‘Naticia’. Beneath the glass roof and luxurious surroundings, you will enjoy the four course a la carte meal including coffee and chocolates and with live entertainment and after dinner dancing to finish off your wonderful evening.
Where does the experience take place?
The British Airways London Eye is situated on the South bank by County Hall and the Dinner Cruise leaves the Embankment Pier on the North bank.
What should I wear?
Dress code is smart casual, jeans and trainers are not allowed onboard. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear collar & tie. Bateaux London reserves the right to refuse entry for inappropriate dress. Refunds will not be given in such circumstances.
How long should I allow for this experience?
Your flight on the London Eye will last approximately 1 hour. The dinner cruise boards at 19.15hrs for a prompt 20.00hrs departure, returning back to Embankment Pier at 22.45hrs.
The times above MUST be adhered to and bookings for both the London Eye and Dinner Cruise MUST be booked via eXhilaration, if you just turn up then you will be unable to take your experience. If you turn up late and miss the boat and/or time slot on the London Eye, you will lose your experience and will not be able to rebook with the same voucher at a later date.
When does the activity take place?
Most evenings throughout the year excluding New Years Eve, Mothers Day and St Valentines Night.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. This is only a guideline and we advise you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. You must book and take your experience before the expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability
Are there any restrictions?
Minimum age 16.
Apart from the welcome drink, drinks are not included but can be purchased separately.
Smoking is not permitted during this experience, with the exception of the outside deck onboard the boat.
Prams, bassinets or pushchairs are not permitted and high chairs are not available onboard the boat.
What about the weather?
In the unlikely event that a dinner cruise is cancelled, an alternative date will be offered to you.
Can I bring spectators?
Sorry, all guests must hold a valid voucher for the cruise.
What else do I need to know?
Limited disabled access is available on board the boat, kindly note that toilet facilities have limited access via stairs, please advise us upon booking if you require this facility.
IMPORTANT: You must take your exhilaration voucher with you on the day of your activity, if you don’t take the voucher then you will be unable to board the London eye or the boat and will lose your experience.
Vegetarian menu options are available, however this must be requested when you book a date for your experience.
Your voucher is valid for nine months from the date of issue.
Personal accident & cancellation insurance are included.
Kindly note that each centre has their own cancellation policy and fees. Some centres may not allow a booking to be cancelled or changed once it has been made. Please call us for further details.
