As we travel into the new millennium it is only fitting that the exceptional standards of luxury rail travel continue with the introduction of a new Orient-Express train that fulfils the highest expectations of the original Pullman Belle.

What does the activity include?
This "Orient-Express of the North" is the first classic train of the new century, providing the ultimate in stylish and enjoyable excursions. Departing from your chosen station you will enjoy a Bucks Fizz brunch as you watch the rich tapestry of the British countryside glide past your window. Excursions include historic towns and cities of England such as Edinburgh, London, Bath and Chester. On the return journey you will enjoy a sumptuous 3 or 4 course dinner with champagne and wine (the number of courses varies depending on your chosen destination). Your journey will last between 4 and 9 hours depending on the destination chosen.
Where does the experience take place?
Trains depart from various stations across the UK and destinations include: Bath, Carlisle, Chester, Conway Castle, Cotswold Villages, Durham, Edinburgh Shopping, Harrogate, Loch Lomond, London Shopping, London Sightseeing, Oban & Isle of Mull, Oxford, Windermere, Alnwick Castle, Hampton Court, Kew Gardens, Portmerion, Waddesdon Manor & Yorkshire Moors
Trips are limited to certain dates so please book your excursion as early as possible. Not all excursions run from all stations and certain excursions only run once or twice a year. Please contact eXhilaration for further details.

When does the activity take place?
Trips are scheduled for selected dates throughout the year.
We recommend you book at least twelve weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. This is only a guideline and we advise you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. You must book and take your experience before the expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability.
Are there any restrictions?
With apologies to smokers, the Orient-Express operates a no smoking policy aboard its British Pullman or Northern Belle train. Most journeys are good for people with special access needs, however we recommend that you check this with us before making your booking as access varies depending on your chosen destination.
What about the weather?
The weather should not affect this experience, however in the unlikely event that it is cause for cancellation, an alternative date will be offered.
Can I bring spectators?
Sorry, all passengers must hold a valid ticket for travel but spectators are welcome to accompany you to the platform and wish you "Bonne Voyage".
What else do I need to know?
Please check-in 30 minutes prior to departure. Your tickets and travel documents will be sent to you 7-10 days prior to departure. A table for two cannot be guaranteed.
If you have any special dietary requirements, please advise us on booking and we will do our best to comply.
Your voucher is valid for nine months from the date of issue. Personal accident & cancellation insurance are included. Kindly note that each centre has their own cancellation policy and fees. Some centres may not allow a booking to be cancelled or changed once it has been made. Please call us for further details.
