What does the activity include?
This wonderful day of culinary delight takes place at Delia Smith's stylish centre of Food and Wine Excellence at the Norwich City Football club. The very talented Alex mackay, formerly director of Raymond Blanc's Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons cookery school and Le Baou D'Infer cookery school in Provence will demonstrate some wonderful dishes throughout the morning. And just before you break for a delicious three-course lunch there is a cocktail demonstration and tutored wine tasting. Delia will meet you during lunch and afterwards you will join Delia and our panel of experts for a question and answer session.

- Alex's cookery demonstration showing you winning ways with all manner of gourmet delights plus a chance to taste the dishes
- Cocktail demonstration
- A tutored wine tasting with Peter Graham Wines helping you to learn what to look for in different wines of the world
- A delicious three course lunch after which you will meet Delia who will be happy to sign your books
- Q & A session with Delia and the expert panel

You should allow a whole day for this experience.
We do ask that you contact Delia’s Canary Catering 1 week prior to your experience to confirm the start time as it is subject to change.
When does the activity take place?
Courses run approximately once every two months on selected weekdays throughout the year.
We recommend you book at least eight weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. This is only a guideline and we advise you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. You must book and take your experience before the expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability.
Are there any restrictions?
There are no restrictions based on age, height or weight for this experience.
What about the weather?
The weather will not affect this experience.
Can I bring spectators?
Sorry, all guests must hold a valid voucher for the experience.
What else do I need to know?
Your voucher is valid for nine months from the date of issue.
Personal accident & cancellation insurance are included.
