What does the activity include?
Your day includes full use of the health club and leisure facilities as well as a choice of 2 of the following beauty treatments:
Back, neck and shoulder massage (30 mins)
Refreshing facial (30 mins)
Mini manicure (30 mins)
In addition you are welcome to bring a friend to enjoy the leisure facilities as well (additional treatments for your friend are at an extra cost and must be booked prior to arrival to ensure availability, alternatively you can share your treatments with your friend).
You will also receive a 10% discount on any purchases made at the salon on the day (this applies only to products and not treatments).

What should I wear/take?
Bring swimwear, exercise wear and shoes suitable to be worn indoors (e.g. slippers). Items such as towels and robes may be provided depending on the spa. Please check at the time of booking.
How long should I allow for this experience?
Guests are welcome to stay as long as they choose between 10.00am and 5.00pm (this may vary depending on the location, please check with us at the time of booking).
When does the activity take place?
Available on selected weekdays subject to availability.
You must book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on your voucher. This is a minimum and we advise you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. You must book and take your experience before the voucher expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability.
Are there any restrictions?
Minimum age 18 years old.
Most spas have a non smoking policy.
Please advise eXhilaration when booking if you have any medical conditions so that we check with the spa that this experience is suitable for you.
Please also advise us prior to booking if you are pregnant as some treatments and products used are not suitable to use on pregnant ladies.
What about the weather?
The weather will not affect this experience.
Can I bring spectators?
You are welcome to bring 1 friend to enjoy the leisure facilities or share your treatments.

Your voucher is valid for nine months from the date of issue,
Personal Accident & Cancellation Insurance is included.
Kindly note that each hotel has their own cancellation policy and fees. Some hotels may not allow a booking to be cancelled or changed once it has been made. Please call us for further details.
If you would like to order any additional treatments during your day, it is essential that you book these at least 4 weeks prior to your visit (additional treatments will need to be paid for on departure and are subject to availability).
Upon booking a date we will require credit card details to secure your booking, these will only be used to charge a cancellation fee to if necessary.
Once a date for your Bronze Spa Day has been confirmed you will be asked to send your eXhilaration voucher to our customer service team (we recommend recorded or special delivery) and upon receipt we will send you a Marriott Spa voucher which must be presented at the salon upon your arrival. Failure to present this voucher or loss of the voucher will result in you losing your experience.

Delivery options available: first class post (£3.95) or guaranteed next working day delivery (£10)
Delivery by first class post within 3 - 5 working days. Please allow 7 days for delivery during peak postal times
Next day delivery must be ordered before 12.00. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day. A signature will be required upon receipt. Deliveries not signed for will taken to your local post depot
Please note: delivery is by Royal Mail therefore eXhilaration cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal system
